Residential Rodent Control in Quartzsite
Most of our Quartzsite work is residential. Homes here range from older block houses near downtown to mobile homes and park models in the RV parks. Each type has its own rodent entry points. Block homes often have open foundation vents and roof-to-wall gaps. Mobile homes have open undersides and utility bays. Park models have smaller gaps but sit close together, so problems spread. We handle all of them with the same approach: inspect, trap, seal and clean. If you have heard scratching at night or found droppings in the kitchen, call us before the problem gets worse.
We remove roof rats and mice from Quartzsite attics, then clean and decontaminate the insulation and framing. This includes bagging droppings, applying disinfectant and enzyme cleaner, and replacing insulation if it is heavily damaged.
We seal foundation vents, utility penetrations and gaps under mobile homes with hardware cloth, copper mesh and foam sealant. This is the step that keeps pack rats and mice from coming back after removal.
Mice in Quartzsite kitchens get into food, drawers and appliances. We trap them out, seal the entry points they used, and give you a list of contaminated items to discard. Most kitchen mouse jobs are finished in one to two visits.
If you leave Quartzsite for the summer, rodents can move into your RV or park model while it sits empty. We seal storage bays, utility openings and roof seams before you go, so you do not come back to a rodent problem.
- We seal entry points with copper mesh and hardware cloth, so rodents cannot chew back in.
- We clean and decontaminate attics, removing droppings and urine odor that attract new rodents.
- We give you a written price before work starts, with no surprise charges for follow-up visits.
